Sandee, owner of this WBE-certified business, is the sales and marketing manager. Sandee collaborates with clients to plan and develop an intentional brand presence by planned promotions of their brands to their target markets in a variety of ways – from branded apparel to programs designed to meet clients' specific objectives both within and without the organization including custom websites and social media marketing. This remarkable approach to brand creation and promotion is leading to increased sales and growth for our clients as well as greater brand recognition.
Domenic is our in-house art and production manager as well as website developer and designer. He is our brand creation expert, bringing old-school illustration to life with cutting-edge technology to develop killer brands. He partners with our clients to discover what they want to communicate and then designs a brand that exceeds their expectations because it’s not just a logo – it's YOU. Domenic has trained over 100 hours in website design and development. He uses that training to create and maintain top-ranked websites for clients in many industries.
a family-owned company, has been serving the South Jersey region and beyond since 1991. Domenic Rodriguez, the founder of D and S, first started this company as a way to use his God-given art talents in a job that would enable him to support a wife and family. Meanwhile, Sandee was teaching 4th grade. Domenic started out offering screen printing, then added embroidery, and then promotional products, all the while honing his art and design skills on the computer. He has his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration from Philadelphia College of Art, now known as University of the Arts. Sandee joined the company in 1994 after the birth of our first child and has been the sales and marketing expert since then. She trains constantly on new and innovative marketing methods and products.

Since Domenic enjoys all things tech, after screen printing for 15 years, he branched out into websites. He has spent over 100 hours over the last decade taking online courses from the best experts in website design and development. He really enjoys pairing his artistic side with his tech side to create websites that meet or exceed the desires of our clients. Sandee has also delved into tech but more in the social media side of things. Currently, she keeps up with the latest trends with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest for Business.
